In 2014, artist Lorea Alfaro launched L/\ (3l3a), an empty label, as a way to create a protected environment to generate images. Her work is characterized by letting quiet, naked and direct beauty appear. She has shown at museums and art centers such as Centro de Arte Dos de Mayo, Azkuna Zentroa, MDT, Funcaió Joan Miró, Artium, Guggenheim Bilbao, Museo de Bellas Artes de Bilbao and Museo Jorge Oteiza, and galleries such as CarrerasMugica, Tatjana Pieters and Elba Benítez. Of her latest works, it is worth mentioning the exhibition 2020, together with Jon Otamendi (Fundació Miró, 2021), and the solo exhibitions do mess with me (Artium, 2021) and No lo banalices (CarrerasMugica, 2018).
